The sterile canning machine makes the beverage packaging completely sterile by the sterilizing of food grade hydrogen peroxide 35 percent. Because the food grade hydrogen peroxide has the characteristic that other disinfection products do not have: Normal temperature sterilization, sterilization is fast, easy to decompose and the decomposed products are water and oxygen, there is no any residue, will not cause pollution to the product, packaging production environment.

There are two main sterilization methods of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide （H2O2）for beverage products’ aseptic packaging: One is the soaking method: heat food-grade hydrogen peroxide to a certain temperature and then sterilize the packaging boxes or packaging materials. This sterilization is generally carried out in the hydrogen peroxide tank. The other is spray method: The food grade hydrogen peroxide will be evenly coated or sprayed on the surface of packaging materials, and then through electric radiation heating or hot air heating to make hydrogen peroxide completely evaporate, so as to complete the sterilization process.

2.The above 8% hydrogen peroxide belongs to the dangerous chemical, have to be prevented the sunlight exposure during the transportation, cannot be mixed with the inflammable goods or the reducing agent.
