(1) Before loading and unloading, the production organization department shall preliminarily classify the dangerous goods according to the "Declaration Form for Dangerous Goods Carried by Ships", and implement loading and unloading safety measures, first aid plans, precautions, etc. according to their types and properties before issuing work instructions.
(2) At the pre shift meeting of each shift, the ship loading and unloading instructor (ship operation) or tallyman (yard operation) must read out the safety precautions and first aid plan for the work of this shift to the workers who must undergo safety education and training.
(3) Operators must wear gas resistant work clothes, protective goggles, neoprene gloves, and other labor protection equipment. During the pre shift meeting, the ship loading and unloading instructor or tallyman shall inspect the labor protection equipment worn by workers. Those who violate regulations are not allowed to participate in the operation.
(4) When hydrogen peroxide is transported by pipeline, the dispatcher on duty must check whether there is leakage in the pipeline, pipeline sealing, packaging sealing, etc. before loading and unloading operations. It is strictly prohibited to operate under the condition of leakage.
(5) When transporting hydrogen peroxide in barrels, it should be handled with care to prevent collisions. The loading and unloading tools should not be contaminated with reducing agents or active metal powders. The stacking operation should follow the arrow pointing upwards, with the barrel and bottle mouths facing upwards. The stacking should be neat, firm, and tight, and should not be placed on other goods;
