1. Disinfect production equipment and pipelines. Dilute the stable hydrogen peroxide with water, rinse the equipment with the diluent, and soak the pipeline for 20-30 minutes, and then release the disinfectant. There is no need to rinse with water.
2. Sterilize packaging containers. Soak the container with a stable hydrogen peroxide solution diluted 35-100 times for 20-30 minutes, or pressurize the container for 10-60 seconds, and then release the disinfectant without washing with water.
3. Preparation of sterile water. The ratio of stable hydrogen peroxide to water is 1:10000 to 30000. Add the stable hydrogen peroxide to the water and stir evenly.
4. Disinfection of the production space. After diluting the stable hydrogen peroxide and water in a ratio of 1:100, spraying the disinfectant solution in the air with a sprayer can disinfect the production space, which is conducive to the production and management of beer enterprises according to HACCP standards.
5. Disinfection of personnel. The solution obtained by diluting stable hydrogen peroxide by 50-100 times can disinfect the hands and feet of workers. To sterilize different occasions and different items, different methods and different concentrations of disinfectant can be used according to the actual situation, which can achieve the ideal sterilization effect and reduce the use cost.
6. Sterilization of aseptic packaging of pure draft beer. In the production of pure draft beer, there are two main ways to sterilize the packaging with stable hydrogen peroxide: one is to heat the stable hydrogen peroxide to a certain temperature, and then sterilize the packaging box or packaging material. The other is to evenly coat or spray the stable hydrogen peroxide on the surface of the packaging material, and then heat the stable hydrogen peroxide by hot air to evaporate the stable hydrogen peroxide to complete the sterilization process.
