How To Ensure The Safety Of The Hydrogen Peroxide Process?

1. Ensure the pH value of the working liquid of hydrogenation reaction and oxidation reaction. When using anthraquinone method to produce hydrogen peroxide, the hydrogenation of the working fluid is carried out under alkaline conditions. The oxidation reaction of the hydrogenation liquid and the extraction of hydrogen peroxide must be carried out under acidic conditions. When the oxidation liquid becomes alkaline, hydrogen peroxide decomposes and causes accidents.

2. Improve the alkali treatment process. When there is an abnormality in the alkali treatment process, the gas will be brought out of the column part of the lye. If the separator is not completely separated, the alkalinity of the working fluid can reach hundreds of times the normal indicated value.

3. Strictly control the oxygen content in the oxidized exhaust gas. Oxidizing exhaust gases contain combustible gases. When decomposed during the manufacturing process, the oxygen concentration in the mixed exhaust gas will exceed 15%, forming an explosive gas mixture. Therefore, strict control of combustible gas and oxygen content in exhaust gas is a serious consideration for us. In production, nitrogen is generally used to dilute the oxidized waste gas, and the oxygen content is controlled below 10% to ensure production safety.
